Las vías, los árboles y unos muros

Abstract

[ES] Entre la tranquilidad, la umbría de los árboles y la compañía de los muros que nos muestra el lugar, se pretende desarrollar un proyecto que se relacione directamente con la naturaleza y respete la morfología del terreno creando un espacio abierto que ponga en valor el edificio existente, el pueblo y la huerta. El lugar es un punto de conexión. Un punto de llegada y salida, pero también de estancia. Se piensa en las necesidades de quien lo habita, y de quien lo habitará; se reflexiona sobre el espacio y las acciones a desarrollar en él. Se propone un espacio donde llegar, irse y permanecer, donde los recorridos y la naturaleza son las directrices del proyecto. Estos recorridos se acompañarán con una sucesión de muros de hormigón en los que se apoyan los diferentes volúmenes. Los volúmenes dispuestos de modo que abrazan al edificio existente quedan conectados por unos planos horizontales que conforman las cubiertas. En planta baja, estos volúmenes se conciben como cajas ligeras que permiten que el interior y el exterior se disuelva haciendo que el conjunto quede en contacto directo con lo natural mientras que, en la planta de cubiertas, se van conectando de modo que la marquesina, apoyada en las vías recoja todos esos volúmenes. El edificio queda definido por tres elementos; la estructura formada por pilares (metálicos) y las cubiertas de zinc, entendidos estos dos elementos como uno solo, los muros de hormigón vistos y las cajas de vidrio y madera. Al igual que ocurre con los muros existentes, se procura que los muros de hormigón se vayan transformando y mimetizando con el paisaje con el paso de tiempo, pretendiendo con ello, que se conserve la memoria del pueblo para volver la vista tras y aproximarse a lo existente, al pueblo y lo natural sabiendo que estamos construyendo sobre lo construido .

[EN] Between the tranquility, the shade of the trees and the company of the walls that shows us the place, we intend to develop a project that is directly related to nature and respects the morphology of the terrain creating an open space that gives value to the existing building , the town and the orchard. The place is a connection point. A point of arrival and departure, but also of stay. You think about the needs of those who inhabit it, and who will inhabit it; it reflects on the space and the actions to be developed in it. It proposes a space where to arrive, leave and stay, where the routes and nature are the guidelines of the project. These routes are accompanied by a succession of concrete walls on which the different volumes are supported. The volumes arranged so that they embrace the existing building are connected by horizontal planes that make up the roofs. On the ground floor, these volumes are conceived as light boxes that allow the interior and exterior to dissolve, making the whole stay in direct contact with the natural, while, in the roofing plant, they are connected in such a way that the marquee, supported on the tracks collect all those volumes. The building is defined by three elements; the structure formed by pillars (metal) and zinc roofs, understood these two elements as one, the concrete walls seen and the glass and wood boxes. As happens with the existing walls, it is intended that the concrete walls are transformed and mimicked with the landscape with the passage of time, pretending with it, that the memory of the town is conserved to return the view after and approach the existing, to the people and the natural knowing that we are "building on the built".
