dc.description.abstract [ES] El presente trabajo plantea un proyecto que ambiciona regenerar el barrio de Beniopa y promover el envejecimiento activo. Tras el análisis de la vida durante la vejez y del barrio, se establece una estrategia urbana que busca convertir a Gandia y el barrio de Beniopa en una ciudad age-friendly. La Cooperativa Senior, situada a la ladera de la Banyosa, pretende introducirse en el barrio y resolver la transición entre la montaña y el centro urbano. es_ES
dc.description.abstract [EN] This work poses a project that aims to regenerate the Beniopa neighbourhood and to promote active aging. This project analyzes the lifestyle of the elderly and the neighbourhood, and establishes an urban strategy with potential to turn Gandia and the Beniopa neighbourhood into an age-friendly city. The Senior Cooperative, located in the hillside of Banyosa, intends to be part of the neighbourhood resolving the transition between mountain and urban centre landscapes. es_ES
