La Bombardera. Espacio creativo y coworking en Teruel

Abstract

[ES] En la actualidad el entorno de la plaza Bombardera sufre un fuerte deterioro urbanístico y desconexión respecto al resto del centro histórico de la ciudad de Teruel.

El proyecto pretende impulsar la regeneración urbana de dicho entorno a través de la creación de un nuevo foco cultural. La Bombardera se presenta como un espacio polivalente donde conviven actividades de formación y aprendizaje, espacio de coworking para emprendedores y empresas del sector creativo y cultural, programación de eventos, charlas y conferencias, presentaciones de libros, de discos, de cortometrajes

Todo ello en un entorno urbano caracterizado por la accidentada topografía y la presencia de algunos lienzos y torres de la muralla medieval. Razones por las que la integración de la arquitectura se convierte en uno de los objetivos prioritarios de la propuesta desarrollada.

The project aims to promote the urban regeneration of this environment through the creation of a new cultural focus. "La Bombardera" is presented as a multipurpose space where training and learning activities coexist, a coworking space for entrepreneurs and companies in the creative and cultural sector, for the programming of events, lectures and conferences, presentations of books, albums, short films ...

All this in an urban environment characterized by a rough topography and the presence of some canvases and towers of the medieval wall. These are the reasons why the architectural integration becomes one of the main objectives of the developed proposal.
