Estudio de las contradicciones entre el coche autónomo y el ámbito legal hoy en día

Abstract

[ES] Se analiza la realidad de la tecnología que envuelve al coche autónomo para describir el potencial que tiene, como puede modificar el estilo de vida mundial y exponer las incongruencias que existen en cuanto al ámbito legal. Más en profundidad se anañizan organismos internacionales que rigen como se van a modificar las leyes para poder sacar la tecnología al mercado. Una parte fundamental que se analiza hacia el final, los clientes, materializa la visión que existe por parte de estos sobre la tecnología del coche autónomo.

[EN] The autonomous or self-driving car is no longer a futurist idea. It exists and can perform in different scenarios successfully. That leads us to the following question: Is the world prepared? Along with this thesis, technological challenges are going to be described, proving the existence of technologies that can bring the autonomous car to the market and the changes that will come with them. Moreover, the legal framework is considered as the key that can open the door to self-driving cars. Governments solutions about autonomous cars and the description of the reality performed by different countries show how this technology is on nowadays agenda. However, all this cannot be possible without the presence of the main part of industry and markets, clients. Their opinion is basic in order to understand what society thinks about this technology and how are they pushing institutions to take part in this automotive revolution.
