Elaboración del proyecto de ejecución de estructura de una vivienda unifamiliar: estructura de hormigón armado

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del trabajo es, mediante el análisis de la estructura actual y los conocimientos adquiridos, tratar de generar una nueva estructura para la Casa Ponce tratando de optimizar y mejorar la actual. En este caso la estructura que será sustitutoria, de la actual, estará formada por estructura de hormigón armado en sistema de pórticos (vigas, viguetas y pilares de hormigón). En algunos casos para la rigidización de la estructura se han sustituido esos forjados de viguetas pretensadas por losas, para lograr una disminución en la flecha de los voladizos. El programa en el que nos basamos es el ya establecido de vivienda unifamiliar, generada en tres plantas. En la planta zócalo se establece una zona de servicio, que queda oculta entre los muros de hormigón, quedando oculta de las vistas directas. En la planta primera se encuentra la zona más pública de la casa, donde todos los cerramientos son acristalados otorgando gran luminosidad a la planta y haciendo que sea un espacio confortable. Y en la planta superior, la zona de dormitorios, en la cual se despliega toda la majestuosidad estructural propia de esta vivienda. La idea con la que se plantea el proyecto es, desde el punto del análisis de las estructuras, comparar con otro sistema estructural si se ha construido la vivienda de la forma más óptima posible. Para ello desarrollaremos mediante architrave el volumen estructural con la tipología prevista y obtendremos conclusiones de si ha sido construida de la mejor manera, si la estructura se podría optimizar y si se podría optimizar el presupuesto y el material utilizado. Hay que tener en cuenta que pese a utilizar un sistema constructivo diferente lo que se trata es de mantener la esencia de la vivienda conservando los tres volúmenes flotantes y los largos voladizos, no tendría sentido variar la esencia de la morfología de la vivienda, debido a que si realizáramos esto ya no sería la Casa Ponce.

[EN] The objective of the work is, through the analysis of the current structure and the acquired knowledge, to try to generate a new structure for Casa Ponce trying to optimize and improve the current one. In this case, the structure that will be substitute, of the current one, will be formed by an armed structure in a gantry system (beams, joists and concrete pillars). In some cases, for the stiffening of the structure, those slabs of prestressed beams have been replaced by slabs, in order to achieve a decrease in the deflection of the cantilevers. The objective of the work is, through the analysis of the current structure and the acquired knowledge, to try to generate a new structure for Casa Ponce trying to optimize and improve the current one. The program on which we base is the already established single-family house, generated in three floors. In the basement a service area is established, which is hidden between the concrete walls, being hidden from the direct views. On the first floor is the most public area of the house, where all the enclosures are glazed giving great light to the plant and making it a comfortable space. And on the upper floor, the sleeping area, in which all the structural majesty typical of this house is displayed. The idea with which the project is proposed is, from the point of the analysis of the structures, to compare with another structural system if the house has been built in the most optimal way possible. To do this we will develop the structural volume with architrave with the planned typology and we will obtain conclusions on whether it has been built in the best way, if the structure could be optimized and if the budget and the material used could be optimized. Keep in mind that despite using a different construction system what is involved is to maintain the essence of the house while retaining the three floating volumes and the long overhangs; it would not make sense to vary the essence of the morphology of the house, due to that if we did this, it would no longer be Casa Ponce.
