Diseño geotécnico de las cimentaciones del viaducto sobre el río Guadiana en el tramo lll de la ronda sur de Badajoz

Abstract

[ES] El viaducto que atraviesa el rio Guadiana hace parte de las obras de construcción del tramo lll de la ronda sur de Badajoz, debido a unos cambios en el modelo estructural del puente debido a los procedimientos constructivos, es necesario elegir y dimensionar una cimentación adaptada a la nueva estructura, basándose en el estudio geotécnico que se realizó para el proyecto original. El siguiente trabajo consiste en un análisis de las cargas que son transmitidas por la superestructura a la cimentación. Después de haber hecho la combinación de acciones con las distintas hipótesis, se continua con el estudio geotécnico y la modelización del terreno, para finalmente realizar el dimensionamiento de las cimentaciones del viaducto.

[EN] The viaduct over the river Guadiana belongs to the section lll of the Badajoz southern by-pass, but some changes in the structural model of the bridge are necessary to choose and because of constructive procedures changes. Also, a new foundation design is needed to be adapted to the new structure and based on the geotechnical study that was carried out after the original project.

The following work consists of an analysis of the loads that are transmitted by the superstructure to the foundation. After combining the actions with the different hypotheses, we continue with the geotechnical study and the modeling of the soil, to finally carry out the sizing of the foundations of the viaduct.
