Resumen
This study was contucted to determine the effects of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins (CLC) on quality of buck sperm frozen with different extenders. Buck sperm were treated prior to cryopreservation with CLC and frozen with different freezing extenders.CLC treatment improved post-thaw sperm motility and viability in all freezing extenders.
