ESTUDIO HISTÓRICO TÉCNICO DE TRES MURALES EJECUTADOS EN EL ENCUENTRO DE ARQUITECTURAS COLECTIVAS: COMBOI A LA FRESCA. CONSERVAR O NO CONSERVAR

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo estudia los murales ejecutados por los artistas Escif, Blu y Erica il Cane en Valencia en el mes de junio del año 2011, enmarcados en el IV Encuentro de Arquitecturas Colectivas: Comboi a la fresca, en el que formaron parte diferentes colectivos procedentes del asociacionismo urbano y vecinal, educacional, ecológico, sociológico, arquitectónico, artístico y de gestión cultural.

El principal objetivo es reflexionar acerca de la posible conservación de dichos murales, bien sea porque con el paso del tiempo han adquirido especial relevancia o bien por el interés general de la ciudad o del barrio del Carmen en concreto, previo estudio histórico técnico de tres de los seis murales y sus artistas, así como el momento social que vivió la ciudad de Valencia en ese tiempo y los diferentes colectivos que contribuyeron a dichos movimientos.

Este trabajo se centra en un sondeo de opinión, por medio de un cuestionario de preguntas a un variado colectivo de personas, tanto residentes y participantes en la vida diaria de la ciudad de Valencia, cómo público visitante, así como un colectivo relacionado con el mundo del arte, la gestión cultural y la conservación y restauración, así como la posibilidad técnica de conservarlos, con todo ello, se intentará llegar a las conclusiones a las que este estudio lleve.

[EN] The present study exposes the murals executed by the artists Escif, Blu and Erica Il Cane in Valencia in June 2011, during the IV Meeting of Collective Architectures; Comboi a la fresca, in wich different groups such as urban and neighborhood associations, and other regarding educational, ecological, sociological, architectural, artistic and cultural management groups took part

The main objective is to consider the possibility to preseve of these murals, either because over time they have acquired special relevance or due to the general interest of the city or the Carmen neighborhood in particular. A technical historical study of three of the six murals and their artists was made, an it was also studied the social period that the city of Valencia lived at that time as well as the different groups that contributed to these movements.

This work is based on a poll of opinión that was given to a varied group of people, both residents and participants in the daily life of the city of Valencia. It includes the opinión of visiting public as well as a collective related to the world of art, cultural management, conservaction, and restoration, as well as the technical possibility of preserving them. With this information. The conclusions to wich this study leads will be reached.
