Abstract

[ES] El proyecto nace de la idea de integrar un centro de estudios tecnológicos avanzados en Benimàmet, en la zona conocida como el ¿Parque Lineal- Cuevas Carolinas¿.

Este trabajo se desarrolla al sur del nuevo parque lineal y en una parcela de unos 25.000 metros cuadrados, que tiene como objetivo general unir las zonas separadas por el parque lineal, creando una continuidad con el parque de las Carolinas y el velódromo.

El proyecto nació de la idea de línea, para, como ya se ha comentado con anterioridad, unir los diversos frentes de la parcela. Aquí surge un problema para acercar la zona norte de la estación y el parque con nuestra parcela, y por consiguiente con la zona urbanizada del este y del sur, debido a un terraplén que los separa. Es debido a esto que se plantea un desnivel escalonado para salvar la diferencia de cuatro metros. Estas gradas desembocan a una plaza que se comparte con nuestro trabajo y engancha además con el corredor que lo vertebra.

Siguiendo el tema del proyecto de hacer un centro de estudios tecnológicos avanzados especializados en electricidad y electrónica, imagen y sonido, e informática y comunicaciones, se ha decidido por disponer las diferentes funciones en bloques aislados. Estos están situados a ambos lados del camino principal y varían de tamaño según su función. Siguiendo estas premisas contamos con cinco bloques diferentes, en el cual el principal es que alberga la función para el centro de estudios tecnológicos avanzados de electricidad y electrónica e informática y comunicaciones, este se puede reconocer fácilmente por ser el de mayor tamaño de la propuesta compuesto de dos niveles de altura; a su lado, siendo el segundo en tamaño, está el otro bloque destinado a estudios tecnológicos, que alberga el de imagen y sonido. De menor tamaño son ya los otros tres bloques que contienen en su interior la administración y otros usos complementarios como son la cafetería y el gimnasio.

[EN] The project stems from the idea of ¿¿integrating an advanced technological studies center in Benimàmet, in the area known as the "Linear Park - Carolinas Caves".

This work is carried out to the south of the new linear park and on a plot of about 25,000 square meters, whose general objective is to join the areas separated by the park, creating continuity with the Carolinas caves and the velodrome.

The project was born from the idea of ¿¿line, to, as already mentioned before, join the various fronts of the plot. Here a problem arises to bring the northern area of ¿¿the station and the park closer to our plot, and therefore with the urbanized area of ¿¿the east and south, due to an embankment that separates them. It is because of this that a stepped slope is raised to save the difference of four meters. These bleachers lead to a square that is shared with our work and also engages with the corridor that vertebrates it.

Following the theme of the project of making an advanced technological studies center specialized in electricity and electronics, image and sound, and computer science and communications, it has been decided to arrange the different uses in isolated blocks. These are located on both sides of the main road and vary in size according to their function. Following these premises we have five different blocks, in which the main one is that it houses the function for the advanced technological studies center of electricity and electronics and computer and communications, this can be easily recognized as being the bigest building of the proposal composed of two height levels; At his side, being the second in size, is the other block for technological studies, which houses the image and sound. Smaller are the other three blocks that contain the administration and other complementary uses such as the restaurant and gym.
