ANÁLISIS Y PROPUESTA DE MEJORAS DE UN ALMACÉN DE MUESTRAS Y PROTOTIPOS EN UNA EMPRESA DE INYECCIÓN DE PLÁSTICOS PARA EL SECTOR DE AUTOMOCIÓN

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo aborda el análisis de la gestión de un almacén de muestras y prototipos de una empresa dedicada a la inyección de plásticos para el sector automoción, evaluando el sistema de gestión de entradas y salidas de material en el almacén así como el método de almacenaje de las piezas.

Del mismo modo, se estudiará la viabilidad de un rediseño del almacén que incluya la implementación de estanterías de paletizado con la finalidad de ubicar de manera más eficiente la mercancía que se aloja dentro del almacén, también se contemplará la puesta en funcionamiento de un sistema de gestión de almacenes para controlar el stock del almacén.

A su vez, en el almacén de muestras y prototipos se lleva a cabo la producción de un contenedor de almacenaje hecho a medida para cada tipo de piezas desarrollado y patentando por la empresa de estudio. Por lo que se tratará de analizar los procesos de fabricación del contenedor y posteriormente cuando se establezca el método de producción óptimo, se levantarán unos estándares de trabajo con el fin de que se tomen como forma de realizar los procesos de manera normalizada.

[EN] The scope of this present project is to analyze the management of a warehouse of samples and prototypes. The study company is dedicated to the injection of plastics for the automotive sector. It will be evaluated the management system of inputs and outputs of material in the warehouse as well as the storage method of the pieces. Similarly, the feasibility of a warehouse redesign includes the implementation of pallet racks in order to locate more efficiently the merchandise that is housed inside the warehouse will be studied, as well as the start-up of a warehouse management system in order to control the stock in the warehouse. In turn, in the warehouse of samples and prototypes, the production of a storage container made to measure for each type of pieces that has been developed and patented is carried out by the study company. So, it will be analyzed the manufacturing processes of the container. And later on, when the optimum production method is established, work standards will be raised in order to be taken as a way to carry out the processes in a standardized manner.
