Abstract

[ES] El proyecto Máscaras, consiste en una performance musical en video, en la que una bailarina al compás de una canción versionada y reinterpretada, realizará una coreografía y diferentes acciones en el espacio que la pandemia permite, su casa. Esta pequeña actuación pretende ser una crítica a la imagen falsa e idílica que muestran muchas personas a través de las redes sociales, creando en, mayormente, preadolescentes y adolescentes una obsesión por la imagen, depresión, baja autoestima y desórdenes alimenticios entre otros efetos. Este proyecto lo he realizado junto con María Fontcuberta Coll, quien se encargará de la dirección y montaje del video y de la escenografía. He de decir que a causa del confinamiento nos hemos visto obligadas a readaptar el proyecto a la situación que hemos vivido, de manera que, la escenografía, el vídeo, la puesta en escena, el vestuario, y las acciones y coreografía de la bailarina se han rediseñado según su entorno justificándose de manera diferente.

[EN] The masks project consists of a musical video performance, in which a dancer to the beat of a versioned and reinterpreted song, will perform a choreography and different actions in the space that the pandemic allows, her home. this small act aims to show a criticism of the false and idyllic image that many people show through social networks, creating, mainly, preadolescents and adolescents an obsession with the image, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders among others. I have carried out this project together with María Fontcuberta Coll, who will be in charge of directing and editing the video and set design. I have to say that because of the confinement we have been forced to readapt the project to the situation we have lived, so that the scenery, the video, the staging, the costumes, and the actions and choreography of the dancer are they have redesigned according to their environment, justifying themselves differently.
