OCÉANO ONÍRICO

Abstract

[ES] Partiendo del interés por las aventuras que tienen lugar en nuestra mente noche tras noche, con este proyecto me embarco rumbo al mundo del subconsciente y de los sueños.

Como proyecto principal planteo una serie de ilustraciones en las que interpreto a través de las acuarelas y la tinta, 50 sueños y pesadillas reales, facilitados por personas que han participado de manera voluntaria. Paralelamente, también se llevan a cabo unos talleres en los cuales abordo el mismo tema, pero trabajado de manera distinta y con diferentes técnicas. El Cadáver Exquisito a modo de juego colectivo, o los sueños lúcidos, son dos de los principales conceptos de interés en estos talleres, este último trabajado mediante el video montaje.

El desarrollo de la práctica se acompaña de un recorrido histórico y un marco conceptual elaborados en torno al mundo del subconsciente.

[EN] Starting from the interest in the adventures that take place in our minds night after night, with this project I embark on my way to the world of the subconscious and dreams.

As the main project I propose a series of illustrations in which I interpret through watercolors and ink, 50 real dreams and nightmares, from people who have voluntarily participated with my work. At the same time, workshops were also held in which I address the same subject, but worked differently and with different techniques. The Exquisite Corpse as a collective game, or lucid dreams, are two of the main concepts of interest in these workshops, the last one has been worked through video montage.

The development of the practice is accompanied by a historical journey and a conceptual framework elaborated around the world of the subconscious.
