LA JOYERÍA COMO EXPRESIÓN DE LA PROPIA IDENTIDAD: GEOMETRÍA Y ABSTRACCIÓN ORGANICA

Abstract

[ES] Siempre he quedado fascinada ante la belleza de las figuras geométricas. Al mirar a través de mis ojos, no veo tan solo objetos o edificios sin más, si no que realizo una composición basada en figuras geométricas que en su conjunto crean una imagen visual. Así, presento una serie de anillos con inspiración geométrica y otros que, conservando la geometría como punto de partida, derivan su forma hacia las formas orgánicas. Una vez habiéndoles dado un buen acabado, propongo la creación de una composición de anillos en red, utilizando la joyería como imagen de la construcción social, de las relaciones entre personas con su entorno comunitario, y la capacidad expresiva de la emociones individuales y/o sociales por medio de la creación artística desarrollada desde la joyería. Esta idea me gustaría complementarla con la asignatura de Fotografía y Procesos Gráficos la cual estoy cursando, llevando a cabo una serie fotográfica, reflejo de una vinculación existente entre seres humanos. En esa serie fotográfica que se desarrollará en el transcurso del TFG, lo plasmaría conectando a dos personas o mas por medio de un hilo trasparente, por el cual se deslizaría el anillo . Con ello, se busca trasmitir una intención nacida del sentir hacia otro ser, mediante el uso de la técnica de la cianotipia.

[EN] I have always been fascinated by the beauty of geometric figures. When looking through my eyes, I do not see only objects or buildings, but I make a composition based on geometric figures that together create a visual image. From here, I will make a series of rings with geometric inspiration and others that, conserving geometry as a starting point, derive their form towards organic forms. Once the objects have been nicely finished, I propose the creation of a ring composition in a web, using jewelry as an image of social construction, of relationships between people with their community and environment, and the expressive capacity of individual and social emotions through the artistic creation developed from jewelry. I would like to complement this idea with the subject of Photography and Graphic Processes which I am studying, carrying out a photographic series, reflecting an existing link between human beings. In this photographic series that will be developed during the course of the TFG, it would be developed by connecting two or more people through a transparent thread, through which the ring will slide. With this, we seek to convey an intention born of feeling towards another being, through the use of cyanotype .
