dc.description.abstract | [EN] The purpose of this work is to examine possible expansion options for Indian packaging company SP Flexibags, which engaged in manufacturing & supplying and export of various packaging materials like PP Woven Fabrics, Sacks / Bags, and Multicolour Printed BOPP Laminated Sacks / Bags. Since the company seeks to enter new markets in which they can offer packaging materials, the main objective of this project is to evaluate European countries in regard to their potential as expansion options. Additionally, this thesis also has two secondary objectives which are aimed at improving SP Flexibags product offerings’ and diversifying their offerings in Spain. After studying different markets it can be said that there can be some risks which need to be considered before entering new market. For example: competition, changing government policies, environmental change, etc. Research shows that, there are various changes can be applied in Spain in order to attain market share. On that basis, it is recommended that company should focus firstly to increase its sales volume in Spain and then to expand in other European markets | es_ES |
