[CA] Aquest Treball Fi de Grau de la titulació d’Enginyeria Mecànica, forma part d’un projecte
realitzat durant les practiques en la Ford.
El projecte consisteix en el disseny, l’evolució i els problemes que han sorgit a la hora
d’introduir el nou model Kuga (CX482) sobre les taules que transporten el powertrain del
cotxe, el qual consta de dos taules, sobre les quals van donats suport tots els diferents tipus
de motors per a cada model de cotxe, les seues combinacions amb les caixes de canvis,
suspensions i els seus eixos posteriors i davanters en la planta de muntatge de Ford
Almussafes. L’objectiu es introduir aquest nou cotxe amb la màxima eficiència, rapidesa
e intentant canviar les mínimes coses possibles i amb el menor cost.

[EN] This Final Degree Project in the degree in Mechanical Engineering is part of a project
performed during internships at Ford.
The project consists of the design, evolution and problems that have arisen at the time
to introduce the new Kuga model (CX482) on the tables that carry the powertrain of the
car, which consists of two tables, on which are supported all the different types
of engines for each car model, its combinations with the gearboxes,
suspensions and their rear and front axles in the Ford assembly plant
Almussafes. The goal is to introduce this new car with maximum efficiency, speed
and trying to change as few things as possible and at the lowest cost.
In the documentation of this work, in the sections corresponding to the background
the reasons for this project are set out in a general way. In the
other sections of the report explain in detail the operation of the table, the different
models in which it is used, the problems with the introduction of the new Kuga and the
table maintenance plan
As can be seen in the document, the implementation of the CX482 has made it possible to optimize the
table for all models, reducing production time and standardizing the same
mechanism when performing the "decking" which is the union of the underbody with the chassis
of the car.
