Implantación y configuración del software libre GLPI para centro de soporte y control de inventario informático en el Ayuntamiento de Xàtiva

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto describe la puesta en marcha de la herramienta de centro de soporte y gestión de parque informático GLPI y adecuarla a los procedimientos necesarios para el cumplimiento del RGPD, Reglamento del Parlamento europeo de protección de datos, del Ayuntamiento en el registro de incidencias, centros de soporte, inventario del parque informático del ayuntamiento, así como el inventario de los usuarios y sus permisos o accesos de las diferentes dependencias municipales. GLPI es una herramienta compatible con ITIL v2, cuyos estandares específicos en los procedimientos de gestión ayudarán a llevar un control más exhaustivo de las registro de las incidencias como la correcta documentación de la solución.

[EN] This project describes the implementation of the GLPI IT park support and management center tool and adapts it to the necessary procedures for compliance with the RGPD, Regulation of the European Parliament for data protection, in the registration of incidents, support centers, inventory of the computer park of the town hall,as well as the inventory of the users and their rights of the different municipal dependencies. GLPI is a tool compatible with ITIL v2, whose specific standards in the management procedures will help to take a more exhaustive control of the registry of the incidents as the correct documentation of the solution.
