Análisis del oleoturismo en la provincia de Jaén y una propuesta de ruta oleoturística

[ES] El oleoturismo es una modalidad de agroturismo que se desarrolla en los enclaves olivareros, donde los turistas realizan actividades que giran en torno a los olivos y su aceite. La provincia de Jaén como líder en producción de aceite de oliva, es el área de estudio de este trabajo, donde el objetivo primordial es analizar las principales rutas oleoturísticas existentes, el sector del aceite y el papel que supone el oleoturismo para la provincia. El estudio se lleva a cabo mediante una investigación cualitativa basada en el análisis de fuentes documentales de carácter personal e institucional. Así, en respuesta al objetivo del estudio, se propone la creación de una ruta oleoturística para el desarrollo y puesta en valor del oleoturismo en la provincia de Jaén

[EN] The oleotourism is a modality of agritourism that develops in the olive groves, where the tourists carry out activities that revolve around the olive trees and their oil. The province of Jaén as leader in olive oil production, is the area of study of this work, where the primary objective is to analyze the main existing oil routes, the oil sector and the role that the oleotourism represents for the province. The study is carried out through qualitative research based on the analysis of personal and institutional documentary sources. Thus, in response to the objective of the study, it is proposed to create an oleo-tourism route for the development and enhancement of oleo-tourism in the province of Jaén.
