Caracterización, diseño y funcionamiento de Máquina Envolvedora Industrial

Abstract

[ES] El buen funcionamiento del proceso logístico es esencial para que se cumpla el ciclo del producto, lo que involucra el buen transporte y embalado. La máquina envolvedora es vital a la hora de asegurar una buena sujeción de la carga, así como de facilitar que dicho producto sea más fácil de ordenar en pallets.

Para el presente proyecto se realizará el estudio de una Máquina Envolvedora Industrial donde se observará el desarrollo y obtención de datos técnicos de dicha máquina a través del uso de diferentes programas empleados a lo largo de la carrera demostrando así los conocimientos y aplicación del alumno durante estos últimos cuatro años.

Con la realización de un prólogo se introducirá al lector en el mundo de las envolvedoras, citando diversos tipos, explicando su funcionamiento y que finalidad desempeñan en la empresa finalizando así con la selección del tipo de envolvedora que pretende ser el objeto de estudio.

El propósito del proyecto es el estudio de dicha envolvedora donde se analizarán tanto el material que se utilice para hacer la máquina como el material utilizando por la máquina con el fin de determinar un óptimo funcionamiento. También se realizarán estudios de viabilidad económica con el propósito de obtener datos necesarios para una empresa a la hora de realizar un desembolso económico.

[EN] The proper functioning of the logistics process is essential for the product cycle to be completed, which involves a nice transportation and packaging. The wrapping machine is vital to ensure a nice hold of the load, as well as to facilitate that this product is easier to order on pallets.

For the present project, the study of an Industrial Wrapping Machine will be carried out, where the development and obtaining of technical data of that machine will be observed through the use of different programs used throughout the degree, demonstrating the knowledge and application of the student during these last four years.

With the realization of a prologue, the reader will be introduced to the world of wrapping machines, quoting some types, explaining how they work and their purpose at the company, thus ending with the selection of the type of wrapping machine that is intended to be the object of study.

The purpose of the project is the study of this wrapping machine as the material that will be used to make the machine and the material that is used by the machine will be analysed in order to establish the efficient operation. Economic feasibility studies will also be carried out in order to obtain the necessary information for a company when making an economic outlay.
