Abstract

[ES] El espacio dónde se va a proyectar la escuela de motoristas, está situado próximo de la Universidad Laboral de Cheste, por tanto, da la oportunidad de estudiar más a fondo los edificios inspiradores de Fernando Moreno Barberá en Cheste, ya que son un gran referente arquitectónico. Se pretende crear un espacio natural y con movimiento que fluyan sobre el terreno, causando el menor impacto sorbe el paisaje pero, a la vez, siendo un nexo visual entre la pista de motociclismo, el centro de alto rendimiento para sus pilotos y la naturaleza.

Se dispone de un programa muy extenso que está relacionado en todo momento con el circuito, la educación y la propia naturaleza que lo rodea, por tanto, se divide en dos espacios diferenciados, donde uno de ellos tiene uso residencial y el otro está orientado a las necesidades para el estudio y ocio que se requiere. Estos dos espacios fluyen a lo largo de toda la colina de la parcela, ayudando así al perfecto enlace con la naturaleza y sirviendo de separación entre ellos mediante el movimiento. La zona de uso residencial trata de dar la mayor intimidad sus huéspedes y a la vez ofrecerles de grandes vistas al exterior. Por otra parte, en la zona más alta, aparece el gran paquete de espacios que fluyen entre ellos. Estos están destinados al deporte con una gran piscina y gimnasio; por otra parte, a la educación, con espacios de estudio y aulas; y además de contar con un gran espacio de conferencias y restauración. Este gran espacio pretende servir de ventana al paisaje y el circuito de Ricardo Tormo.

[EN] The space where the biker school is going to be projected, is located next to the Laboral University of Cheste, therefore, gives the opportunity to study more thoroughly the inspiring buildings of Fernando Moreno Barberá in Cheste, as they are a great architectural reference. It is intended to create a natural and moving space that flow on the ground, causing the least impact to be absorbed by the landscape but, at the same time, being a visual link between the motorcycling track, the high performance center for its riders and its nature. A very extensive program is available that is always related to the circuit, education and the nature that surrounds it, therefore is divided into two distinct spaces, where one of them has residential use and the other is oriented to the needs for study and leisure that is required. These two spaces flow along the entire hill of the plot, thus helping the perfect link with nature and serving as a separation between them by movement. The residential area tries to give the greatest privacy to its guests while offering them great outside views. On the other hand, in the higher area, appears the large package of spaces that flow between them. These are intended for sport with a large swimming pool and gym; there is another side for education, with study spaces and classrooms; and in addition to having a large conference and restoration space. This large space is intended to serve as a window to the landscape and the circuit of Ricardo Tormo.
