Vivienda cooperativa en Onteniente

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto de vivienda cooperativa en Onteniente, trata de responder tanto al programa, la vivienda cooperativa, como al lugar. Se propone así la creación de una cooperativa de viviendas en cesión de uso. La creación de esta cooperativa permite que los usuarios de la misma participen en el diseño y queden reflejadas en él sus necesidades individuales. A su vez, permite habitar de manera comunitaria y compartir espacios y necesidades comunes. Los principales objetivos de la cooperativa residen en la inclusión social, así como la aceptación de diferentes modos de vivir, atendiendo a un gran abanico de posibilidades y núcleos familiares.

La cooperativa responde adecuándose al terreno y a la escala del pueblo. Su implantación permite la creación de suelo urbano y zonas verdes accesibles para el resto de la población. Así pues, se crea espacio privado y comunitario, pero también espacio público, otorgándole al lugar de implantación mayor calidad urbanística.

Como otro de los objetivos principales, se plantea una cooperativa eficiente energéticamente, es decir, se trata de reducir al máximo el consumo energético del edificio mediante la materialidad, la orientación y el uso de energías renovables, pero también se promueve una vida más sostenible y saludable, evitando al máximo el uso de coches, promoviendo el comercio local y el transporte público o en bicicleta, usando electrodomésticos de manera comunitaria, etc.

[EN] The cooperative housing project in Onteniente, tries to respond both to the program, cooperative housing, and to the place. It is proposed to create a cooperative of homes in transfer of use. The creation of this cooperative allows the users to participate in the design and are reflected in it their individual needs. In turn, it allows to live in a communal way and share common spaces and needs. The main objectives of the cooperative is social inclusion, as well as the acceptance of different ways of life, attending to a wide range of possibilities and family nuclei.

The cooperative responds by adapting to the terrain and the scale of the town. Its implementation allows the creation of urban land and green areas accessible to the rest of the population. Thus, private and community space is created, but also public space, giving the place a greater urban quality.

As another of the main objectives, an energy-efficient cooperative is proposed, minimising the building's energy consumption through the materiality, guidance and use of renewable energies, but it is also promoted a more sustainable and healthy life, avoiding the use of cars to the maximum, promoting local commerce and public or bicycle transport, using household appliances, etc.
