Cálculo y desarrollo del proyecto de climatización para oficinas de nueva construcción

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo abordar el estudio y diseño del sistema de climatización unas nuevas oficinas proyectadas en una planta industrial de Ibi. Éste incluye un análisis del emplazamiento de la obra, las características de las habitaciones y el uso que van a tener. Además, ha de asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, referente a las instalaciones superiores a 70 Kw.

El proyecto abarca la descripción y dimensionado detallado de la instalación, que permitirá elaborar el presupuesto final. También se van a incluir elementos como el pliego de condiciones, la descripción de las tareas de mantenimiento y las instrucciones de uso de la instalación.

[EN] For a new industrial plant in the town of Ibi an installation of offices will be projected. The project will tackle the study and development of the air conditioning in the offices analyzing the site of the work, the characteristics of the rooms, the use they will have as well as complying with current legislation regarding facilities over 70 Kw. The climatic needs of the offices have been calculated an A V.R.V. system has been chosen. The project describes the installation to be performed with all kinds of installation sizing detail. Finally, the budget and the description of the elements are attached, as well as the bid specifications for installation to keep to the project requirements. The working methodology for a correct maintenance and the use of the installation in the future is detailed. At the end of the project, the study adds annexes with the descriptive plans, explanatory tables and the bibliography that has been used
