PLAN DE EMPRESA DE PÉREZ CERDÁ S.A.

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este es el diseño de una estrategia necesaria para la optimización de una empresa. Por consiguiente, he escogido la representación de un proyecto que estudie la viabilidad de una empresa de inyección de plásticos situada en Castalla (Alicante) y cuyo nombre es Pérez Cerdá S.A, en la que he sido contratado como becario en prácticas universitarias y es por ello por lo que estoy capacitado de notable información. El Trabajo de Fin de Grado a realizar, tiene como fundamento el análisis de la situación de la empresa. Se conoce como la herramienta de trabajo necesaria para que la empresa pueda ver su situación económica y financiera y a su vez, ver si las nuevas ideas que se quieren implantar pueden ser buenas de cara al futuro. Este trabajo supone la puesta en práctica de los conocimientos que se han ido adquiriendo a lo largo de la estancia universitaria en el Grado de Administración y Dirección de Empresas, que a su vez se centra más en el ámbito de las finanzas. Las herramientas a utilizar en este caso son las asignaturas que se han ido impartiendo y las cuales se han estructurado de una cierta manera para que se obtengan por parte de los alumnos las distintas áreas de administrar una empresa. Es por ello, que se va a aplicar todas estas herramientas aprendidas en clase para obtener una conclusión acerca de la viabilidad de la empresa Pérez Cerdá S.A.

[EN] The objective of this is the design of a necessary strategy for the optimization of a company. Therefore, I have chosen the representation of a project that studies the viability of a plastics injection company located in Castalla (Alicante) and whose name is Pérez Cerdá SA, in which I have been hired as a trainee in university practices and that is why so I am capable of remarkable information. The Final Degree Project to be carried out is based on the analysis of the company's situation. It is known as the necessary work tool so that the company can see its economic and financial situation and, in turn, see if the new ideas that are to be implemented can be good for the future. This work involves putting into practice the knowledge that has been acquired throughout the university stay in the Degree in Business Administration and Management, which in turn focuses more on the field of finance. The tools to be used in this case are the subjects that have been taught and which have been structured in a certain way so that the different areas of managing a company are obtained by the students. That is why all these tools learned in class will be applied to obtain a conclusion about the viability of the company Pérez Cerdá S.A.
