Habitar en comunidad. Proyecto de una vivienda cooperativa en el centro histórico de Onteniente

Abstract

[ES] Las promociones plurifamiliares son ámbitos donde sus habitantes han tenido poco protagonismo en su promoción y definición, porque están dirigidas por terceros, que obligan a conformarse con aquello que el mercado ha definido como estándar. Las unidades de convivencia suelen llegar una vez terminado el edificio, decididas completamente por la promotora y los equipos técnicos.

No es el caso de la cooperativa de vivienda, donde la futura comunidad suele ser la impulsora de la promoción, generando un sentido de pertenencia y apropiación que crea un fuerte impacto en el proceso y el resultado.

El modelo cooperativo de vivienda permite que la comunidad decida en la forma de habitar y sobre el modelo de convivencia que quiere impulsar, traduciéndose en la optimización de ciertos servicios y equipamientos que normalmente se incorporan a los espacios privados de cada vivienda.

El presente Trabajo Fin de Master estudia y pone en valor la relación entre lo individual, el núcleo de convivencia, la comunidad y la sociedad. Planteando un proyecto que favorezca la vida comunitaria, al aportar espacios y dinámicas de convivencia, donde existan intercambios suficientes para generar un sentimiento de integración y de sentirse en casa.

[EN] The multi-family promotions are areas where the inhabitants have had little role in their promotion and definition, because they are directed by a third person, which force to be satisfied with what the market has defined as standard. The living units usually arrive once the building is finished, completely decided by the developer and technical teams.

This is not the case with the co-housing, where the future community is often the driving force behind the promotion, generating a sense of ownership that creates a strong impact on the process and the result.

The co-housing model allows the community to decide on the way to live and on the coexistence model it wants to promote, translating into the optimization of certain services and facilities that are normally incorporated into the private space of each dwelling.

Finally, this project studies and values the relationship between the individual, the nucleus of coexistence, community and society. Proposing a project that favors community life, by providing spaces and dynamics for coexistence, where there are sufficient exchanges to generate a sense of integration and of felling at home.
