Abstract

[EN] The project will be focused on Value Analysison the current generation of CP III machines. Identify current possible issues and analysis against certain parts of the CP III machine. Investigate and map up issues towards improvements within the CP III Catamaran case packer machine. One of the machine’s main features is the catamaran style built which gives the possibility to place every electrical and pneumatic component secured and water proof from all other areas also stability and robust look. The CP III can handle various case dimensions from the minimum range of 120x100x100 until the maximum 400x400x300 (length/width/height). We can talk about right or left side in-feed machine because it is a side loading case packer with a maximum 30 boxes/minute performance
