Organización y gestión integral de mantenimiento del Hospital General Universitario de Alicante

Abstract

[ES] El siguiente Trabajo Final de Grado se realiza con el fin de demostrar los requerimientos adquiridos en el Grado de Ingeniería Mecánica, siendo un proyecto real y habiendo sido ejecutado en la empresa subcontratada por el HGUA en la cual se han realizado las prácticas académicas extracurriculares. El objetivo principal de este trabajo, de la titulación de Ingeniería Mecánica es la organización y gestión integral de mantenimiento del Hospital General Universitario de Alicante que contará con el diseño de los diferentes planes de mantenimiento y la implementación de la gestión asistida por ordenador para la mejora del servicio. De esta forma, el presente TFG, se divide en doce capítulos, donde se muestra todos los procedimientos para gestionar y organizar el mantenimiento en un edificio por la empresa contratada, cumpliendo con el PPT y las normativas vigentes para no incumplir con lo establecido. Para ello, se ha propuesto la implementación de un software de Gestión de Mantenimiento Asistida por ordenador para mejorar el estado actual. Por último, es evidente la peligrosidad de llevar a cabo un mal mantenimiento en un edificio tan crítico como es un hospital, por lo tanto, es importante, conocer cada instalación, razonar todas las decisiones tomadas y cumplir con lo establecido para qué no haya un caos.

[EN] The following Final Degree Project is carried out in order to demonstrate the requirements acquired in the Degree in Mechanical Engineering, being a real project and having been executed in the company subcontracted by the HGUA in which the extracurricular academic practices have been carried out. The main objective of this work, of the degree in Mechanical Engineering is the organization and integral management of maintenance of the General University Hospital of Alicante, which will have the design of the different maintenance plans and the implementation of computer‐assisted management for improvement from service. In this way, this TFG is divided into twelve chapters, where all the procedures to manage and organize maintenance in a building by the contracted company are shown, complying with the PPT and current regulations so as not to breach the established. For this, the implementation of a computer‐assisted Maintenance Management software has been proposed to improve the current state. Finally, the danger of carrying out poor maintenance in a building as critical as a hospital is evident, therefore, it is important to know each installation, reason all the decisions taken and comply with the provisions so that there is no chaos
