BIM, Gestión por fases del proyecto y la obra de Arquitectura: una vivienda unifamiliar con Revit

Abstract

[ES] La construcción es uno de los sectores con mayor influencia económica a nivel mundial, sin embargo, se ha quedado estancado mientras que el resto de las industrias han ido evolucionando. Se necesita urgentemente un cambio para poder producir unos resultados óptimos. Una de las mayores oportunidades para el resurgir del sector es la tecnología digital, a través de Building Information Modeling (BIM) junto con otras herramientas digitales. En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se va a estudiar la repercusión de esta nueva metodología a través de la gestión por fases del proyecto y la obra de arquitectura mediante el desarrollo de la Casa A+F diseñada por el estudio Manuel Cerdá Pérez Arquitectura.

[EN] Construction is one of the sectors with the greatest economic influence worldwide, however, it has been stagnant while the rest of the industries have evolved. A change is urgently needed in order to produce optimal results. One of the biggest opportunities for the revival of this sector is digital technology, through Building Information Modeling (BIM) along with other digital tools. In this Final Degree Project the impact of this new methodology will be studied through the management of the project and the architectural work by phases along the development of the A + F House designed by the Manuel Cerdá Pérez Arquitectura studio.
