Ora et labora. Complejo de viviendas y coworking en la Creu Coberta.

Abstract

[ES] Es en este momento, donde nos surge la necesidad de trabajar en una arquitectura que responda a dos acciones básicas del ser humano, habitar, y trabajar. Ubicados en la ciudad de València se estudiarán ambas tanto desde su individualidad como en su conjunto, las relaciones que de ellas pueden surgir, la macla de los diferentes espacios que nacen de estas, y su relación con el entorno más público.

Con respecto al habitar se busca centrarnos en vivienda joven. Actualmente la gran mayoría de las residencias de vivienda colectiva, responden a una tipología muy concreta, con unas configuraciones pensadas para agrupaciones familiares, de cuatro personas, generalmente, padre, madre y dos hijos. Este tipo de agrupación familiar solo responde al 17,6% de las familias del país. Por ello buscamos dar una solución habitacional para jóvenes que quieren vivir, individualmente, en pareja, pequeñas familias u otros. Primará en el diseño, no solo la tipología, sino la puesta en valor de los espacios intermedios, y espacios exteriores anexos a la vivienda, buscando la calidad de estos, y la relación entre diferentes individuos dentro de la vivienda y del propio conjunto residencial. En este apartado, se trabajarán un total de 75 viviendas, combinando tres tipologías diferenciadas, a lo largo de tres bloques lineales con diferentes alturas.

Por otro lado, al centrarnos en la acción de trabajar. Diseñaremos un espacio de coworking, respondiendo a otra tipología formal, además de la funcional, donde se busca crear espacios de trabajo, lo más flexibles posible, dando respuesta tanto a particulares, que únicamente buscan un espacio, como a pequeños y medianos equipos. Dotándolos además de zonas comunes, y espacios de relación, que favorezcan las relaciones entre los usuarios de edificio. A la hora de concretar esta área, se optará por el edificio en altura, sobre un basamento, que busca cerrar la plaza, marcando la esquena del conjunto urbanístico al que pertenece, una premisa, que adoptamos del anterior planteamiento urbanístico realizado.

Se busca trabajar las dos tipologías desde el conjunto, y buscando las relaciones entre ellas además el concepto de edificio mixto, y la macla tanto formal como funcional de tipologías arquitectónicas diferentes. Un conjunto donde sea compatible el uso de ambos espacios por parte del usuario, como única y exclusivamente uno de ellos, sin que se vea afectada la experiencia de este.
