EXPLOTACIÓN AEROPORTUARIA PARA SALVAR LA CAMPAÑA DE VERANO 2021 DE LOS DOS GRANDES AEROPUERTOS DE LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA: VALENCIA Y ALICANTE

Abstract

[ES] Actualmente, el ser humano se encuentra ante un problema complejo, sin precedentes: el COVID-19. Este virus llegó a nuestras vidas a principios de 2020 y desde su aparición ha cambiado nuestra forma de vivir: se han perdido vidas humanas, se han hundido modelos económicos, negocios, etc. No ha sido menos con los aeropuertos de la Comunidad Valenciana. Los pasajeros del Aeropuerto de Valencia han descendido de 2019 a 2020 un 70,9% y los del Aeropuerto de Alicante un 75,1%. Ante esta situación se plantea este trabajo, con la intención de poder reducir las consecuencias de esta pandemia sobre los aeropuertos de la Comunidad Valenciana y todo lo que conllevan estos detrás.

Para afrontar este trabajo primero se va a realizar una tarea de investigación donde se va a profundizar a fondo sobre 10 temas muy importantes para el desarrollo del mismo: Historia del turismo en España, Aeropuerto de Alicante, Aeropuerto de Valencia¿ Una vez definida la base teórica, se realizará una encuesta en la que se someterá a opinión de los propios usuarios de los aeropuertos preguntas como: ¿¿Cuáles son los motivos por los que no viajarías en un avión?¿, ¿¿Qué medidas te darían confianza para coger un avión?¿, ¿Si estas medidas se aplicaran ¿cambiaría tu opinión?¿ ¿ con el objetivo de encontrar patrones que puedan aumentar la percepción de seguridad del pasajero y, por ende, acelerar la recuperación de los aeropuertos.

Una vez analizado todo el ¿Estado del Arte¿ se procederá a desarrollar el objetivo de este trabajo: proponer 10 soluciones viables para incrementar el uso de los grandes aeropuertos de la Comunidad Valenciana durante la campaña de verano 2021.

Esta investigación es crucial ya que la recuperación económica del país pasa en gran parte por el sector turismo, que se corresponde con el 12% del PIB nacional. El aeropuerto es el punto de partida del sector, por lo que sirva este trabajo para aportar luz sobre las posibles medidas legislativas que se puedan tomar durante los próximos meses en nuestro país en materia aeroportuaria.

[EN] Nowadays, society is facing a complex issue never seen before: COVID-19. Since 2020 this virus arrived to stay and with it, human lives, economies, and businesses, have been lost. And it has not been different for the Valencian Community airports. The number of the Airport of Valencia passengers has fallen a 70,9% from 2019 to 2020, and a 75,1% in the airport of Alicante. In response to this, this work is posed, with the aim of reducing the consequences of the pandemic in the Valencian Community airport and therefore to accelerate the recovery of all of them.

To achieve this, first we will undertake an investigation on 10 different topics very important in this matter: History of Tourism in Spain, Alicante Airport, Valencia Airport¿ Once this theoretical basis is defined, a survey will be carried out in order to identify the opinion of the very same users on issues such as: ¿Why would not you travel by plane?¿, ¿Which are those motives?¿, ¿Which measures will give you confidence when taking a plane?¿, ¿If these measures were applied¿ Would it change your mind?¿ ¿ with the objective of finding patterns that can increase the safety perception of the passenger and thus, accelerate the recovery of airports.

Once all the `State of the Art¿ is analysed, we will proceed to develop the aim of this work: to propose 10 viable solutions in order to increase the usage of airports of the Valencian Community during the summer campaign 2021.

This investigation is crucial due to the economic recovery of the country is based in the tertiary sector, a 12% of its national GDP. The airport is the starting point of the sector, so this investigation is worth in order to light the possible legislative measures that can be taken during the months to come in our country.
