ESTUDIO DE LA EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA DE LOS SISTEMAS DE CAPTACIÓN Y BOMBEO DE LA RED DE SUMINISTRO DE AGUA EN ALZIRA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo final de grado se centra en la caracterización hidráulica del sistema del municipio de Alzira como conjunto global, centrando el estudio en el cálculo de la eficiencia energética de las captaciones de agua y bombeos. El sistema consta principalmente con dos puntos de captación: el primero y más antiguo, cuenta cuatro perforaciones subterráneas y un segundo punto más moderno, la captación de agua directamente del río Júcar. Para la realización del trabajo se necesitará información aportada por parte de la empresa distribuidora de agua, en este caso Aguas de Valencia, datos técnicos sobre las bombas y sus puntos de funcionamiento, los depósitos, y otros elementos que resulten de interés en la red como válvulas, tuberías, etc. La finalidad del proyecto será una vez estudiado y analizado el sistema actual, proponer propuestas de mejora en la explotación del servicio para reducir el gasto energético, además del estudio de la posible modificación de la política de contratación de potencias. Por otro lado, determinar las posibilidades de mejora desde el punto de vista energético de las captaciones de agua y bombeos. A partir de las medidas planteadas, se propondrán estudios de viabilidad económica para la implantación de las medidas de mejora que resulten más interesantes para la empresa distribuidora de agua.

[EN] This final degree work focuses on the hydraulic characterization of the system of the municipality of Alzira as a whole, focusing the study on the calculation of the energy efficiency of water catchments and pumping. The system consists mainly of two catchment points: the first and oldest, with four subway boreholes, and a second, more modern point, the collection of water directly from the Júcar river. In order to carry out the work, information will be needed from the water distribution company, in this case Aguas de Valencia, technical data on the pumps and their points of operation, the tanks, and other elements of interest in the network such as valves, pipes, etc. The purpose of the project will be, once the current system has been studied and analyzed, to propose proposals for improvement in the operation of the service to reduce energy expenditure, in addition to the study of the possible modification of the power contracting policy. On the other hand, to determine the possibilities of improvement from the energetic point of view of the water catchments and pumping. Based on the measures proposed, economic feasibility studies will be proposed for the implementation of the improvement measures that are most interesting for the water distribution company.
