Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Grado consiste en el desarrollo de un Plan de Empresa para la creación de JewelsRent S.R.L, una nueva empresa dirigida al sector de la joyería y relojería online, y más concretamente al alquiler de estos artículos. En primer lugar, se describirán los principales aspectos acerca del emprendimiento de este proyecto. Tras esta breve descripción, se lleva a cabo el análisis completo de la empresa, tanto externo como interno, para poner en contexto la situación de la empresa y del mercado al cual se integrará. Posteriormente, el plan de marketing contendrá todas aquellas estrategias a seguir para el correcto funcionamiento de la actividad mencionada anteriormente. Finalmente se contabilizará económicamente el alcance del proyecto mediante las inversiones necesarias a 3 años vista, así como la financiación necesaria con sus correspondientes fuentes para analizar la viabilidad de este.

[EN] This Final Degree Project consists of the development of a Business Plan for the creation of JewelsRent S.R.L, a new company aimed at the online jewellery and watchmaking sector, and more specifically the rental of these items. In the first place, the main aspects about the undertaking of this project will be described. After this brief description, a complete analysis of the company is carried out, both external and internal, to put in context the situation of the company and the market to which it will be integrated. Subsequently, the marketing plan will contain all those strategies to follow for the correct operation of the activity. Finally, the scope of the project will be financially accounted for through the necessary investments in 3 years, as well as the necessary financing with its corresponding sources to analyse its viability.
