Proyecto de auditoria energética en el instituto IES Leopoldo Querol de Vinaroz (Castellón)

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el estudio el comportamiento energético y propuesta y análisis de mejoras de la eficiencia energética, del IES Leopoldo Querol, ubicado en la localidad de Vinaroz (Castellón). En primer lugar,se analizará en detalle la utilización de las diferentes fuentes de energía que se utilizan para cubrir las necesidades de las instalaciones, principalmente electricidad y gasóleo. A continuación, se propondrán una serie de medidas encaminadas a mejorar el rendimiento energético del centro, incluyendo la instalación de fuentes de energía renovable, el análisis de sistemas alternativos de calefacción o la optimización de la contratación energética. Todas las medidas que se identifiquen se valoraran adecuadamente desde un punto de vista técnico, económico y medioambiental. Asimismo, se valorarán las inversiones necesarias para implementar cada una de las medidas propuestas y su rentabilidad económica. El resultado de la auditoria energética ha sido de gran ayuda para analizar adecuadamente la situación del centro, así como, la implementación de medidas de ahorro energético necesarias para mejorar la situación de este.

[EN] The main objective of this work is the study of energy behavior and the proposal and analysis of energy efficiency improvements, of the Leopoldo Querol IES, located in the town of Vinaròs (Castellón). In the first place, the use of the different energy sources that are used to cover the needs of the facilities, mainly electricity and diesel, will be analyzed in detail. Next, a series of measures will be proposed to improve the energy performance of the center, including the installation of renewable energy sources, the analysis of alternative heating systems or the optimization of energy contracting. All the measures that are identified will be adequately assessed from a technical, economic and environmental point of view. Likewise, the investments necessary to implement each of the proposed measures and their economic profitability will be assessed. The result of the energy audit has been of great help to adequately analyze the situation of the center, including, the implementation of measures of energy establishment necessary to improve the situation of this.
