Un estudio prospectivo de la UE desde el Brexit

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Master, se centra principalmente en una vista de pasado, presente y futuro, de la Unión Europa. El objetivo y objeto de este trabajo, es describir y analizar los antecedentes históricos de la creación de la llamada actualmente Unión Europa, tanto como los procesos de integración de España en la misma. Se analizará la integración europea, desde su nacimiento, etapas, procesos, objetivos, desde un punto de vista normativo e identificando los diferentes Tratados Europeos y la evolución de los mismos hasta nuestros días y con la mirada atrás para comprenderlos en el ámbito de aplicación burocrático y sus consecuencias directas que afectan al ciudadano de los diferentes países de la UE. Además, se profundizará en los Derechos Sociales del ciudadano europeo, dentro de esta comunidad, y sus cambios y mejoras en la joven Unión Europea. Como afectará la salida del Reino Unido de la unión, antes, durante y después del BREXIT, y se indagará el porqué de su separación, es decir, los componentes históricos, sociales y económicos que le han llevado a su ruptura con Europa. Se hará una crítica constructiva de la nueva dirección del Reino Unido fuera de la Eurozona y desvinculación con Bruselas. El fin último de este trabajo será tratar de analizar la dirección conjunta de los diferentes países que forman la Unión Europea y hacer un estudio prospectivo de la misma, poniendo el foco en el Reino Unido (consecuencias de su ruptura con la UE) y en España. Después de hacer este estudio prospectivo, se analizará sus consecuencias y conclusiones llegadas desde un punto de vista objetivo y subjetivo, y si vamos por buen camino o en una dirección errónea para completar el proyecto de unos "Estados Unidos de Europa".

[EN] This Master's Final Project focuses mainly on a view of the past, present and future of the European Union. The objective and purpose of this work is to describe and analyze the historical antecedents of the creation of what is currently called the European Union, as well as the integration processes of Spain in it. European integration will be analyzed, from its birth, stages, processes, objectives, from a normative point of view and identifying the different European Treaties and their evolution to the present day and looking back to understand them in the bureaucratic scope of application. and its direct consequences that affect the citizen of the different EU countries. In addition, the Social Rights of the European citizen, within this community, and its changes and improvements in the young European Union will be studied in depth. How the departure of the United Kingdom from the union will affect, before, during and after BREXIT, and the reason for its separation will be investigated, that is, the historical, social and economic components that have led to its break with Europe. There will be a constructive criticism of the new UK leadership outside the Eurozone and disengagement with Brussels. The ultimate aim of this work will be to try to analyze the joint direction of the different countries that make up the European Union and make a prospective study of it, focusing on the United Kingdom (consequences of its break with the EU) and on Spain . After doing this prospective study, its consequences and conclusions arrived at from an objective and subjective point of view will be analyzed, and if we are on the right track or in the wrong direction to complete the project of a "United States of Europe".
