Sistema de gestión para la implantación y validación del sistema de seguridad TBL1+ en una flota de locomotoras EURO4000

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del proyecto es explicar la gestión necesaria para poder realizar la implantación (STADLER) y la posterior validación (ALSTOM) para la flota de 62 locomotoras ERUO4000 (BEACON RAIL) en Francia. Para ello, se describirán los rasgos característicos de esta locomotora, y se detallarán las piezas que se verán implicadas en la modificación incluyendo sus materiales, localización en la locomotora y función en el sistema. En este proyecto hay 3 empresas implicadas. Se hará una breve descripción de sus principales actividades y su papel en el proyecto. Se explicará cómo se relacionan entre ellas y se detallará su interacción dentro del alcance del proyecto. Se planificarán las operaciones sobre la locomotora para que el sistema quede perfectamente implantado en esta. Incluyendo qué materiales hay que sustituir o añadir y qué partes habrá que desmontar para poder acceder a la ubicación de los diferentes componentes (tanto los anulados, remplazados y añadidos). Este proyecto abordará, además de las características mecánicas de la implantación del sistema de seguridad, la gestión de personas, talleres, logística de materiales, tiempo de trabajo por locomotora y disponibilidad de estas; evitando dejar sin servicio a la compañía operadora; ya que las modificaciones se realizarán sobre unidades en servicio. Se incluirá un control y análisis económico de la implementación utilizando datos del sistema SAP de la empresa que promoverá el proyecto. De forma transversal, se definirán y medirán indicadores de sostenibilidad para el control y seguimiento del proyecto.

[EN] The target of the project is to explain the process in order to carry out the implemetation (STADLER) and validation (ALSTOM) for a fleet of 62 EURO4000 locomotives (BEACON RAIL) located in France. Therefore, the main features of this type of locomotive will be described and all parts involved in the modification will be detailed, including the components, location in the locomotive and the service on it. There are three companies involved in this project. A brief description of their main business activities and their role in the project will be given. It will explain how they are related to each other and detail their interaction within the scope of the Project Will be detailed too. The operations on the locomotive will be planned so that the system is perfectly implanted in it. Including, what materials need to be replaced or added, what parts Will have to be disassebled in order to be able to access to the location of the different components (both cancelled, replaced and added) This project will approach, in addition to the mechanical characteristics of the implementation of the security system, the management of technicians, workshops, logistics, working time per locomotive, availability of them; so as not to leave the operating company without service, since the modifications will be carried out on units in service. An economic control and análisis for this implementation will be included using data from the SAP system used by the company that promotes the project. Transversally, sustainability indicators will be define and measured for the control and monitoring of the project.
