Regeneración del paisaje industrial del antiguo recinto de Bodegas Vinival en Alboraya, transformación del espacio en deterioro a un espacio público.

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo final del máster, trata de una intervención desde la perspectiva del diseño paisajístico y arquitectónico del antiguo recinto de Bodegas Vinival, una de las primeras bodegas en España en comenzar a exportar, la cual se ubica en el polígono industrial de Alboraya. Las bodegas funcionaron como gran almacenamiento llena de los depósitos desde 1969, con el incremento en la demanda, se vieron en la obligación de inaugurar una nueva instalación en el año 2008, las cuales fueron dotadas con área de producción, tratamiento y almacenaje del vino.

Se considera el potencial de transformación de estas bodegas, en donde se propone proyectar un espacio público, a servicio de la población, en donde se podrán desarrollar múltiples actuaciones las cuales estarán ligadas a un contexto historio pre existente, vestigios arquitectónicos puesto en valor y a la proyección de un nuevo paisaje industrial que vinculará y dará identidad al lugar.

El objetivo del proyecto es poner en valor los tres ámbitos de importancia detectados. En primer lugar, se detecta como oportunidad su valor patrimonial industrial, asociado a los sucedes durante la revolución industrial. En segundo, el valor arquitectónico de la infraestructura, como vestigio singular a poner en valor: presente en la actualidad como una edificación emblemática y característica por su antiguo uso y por ser una muestra de arquitectura contemporánea en la zona. En tercer lugar, se pone en valor su potencial paisajístico, actualmente carente y en la necesidad de proyección como elemento articulador del espacio.

El trabajo se estructurará en dos partes: una de análisis y otra de proyecto. La primera parte está enfocada en el análisis y síntesis general y especifico del área de estudio. En la segunda, se plantea una propuesta de regeneración del nuevo paisaje industrial, enfocándonos en un ámbito de restauración de edificaciones monumentales y en el diseño paisajístico proyectual y especifico de los elementos vegetales incorporados.

[EN] This final master's thesis is about an intervention from the designed perspective of landscape and architectural of the old Bodegas Vinival, one of the first wineries in Spain to start exporting wine, which is located in the industrial area of Alboraya industrial estate. The wineries functioned as a large storage full of tanks of wine since 1969, with the demand of the increasing space-using, they had to inaugurate a new facility in 2008, which were equipped with an area for production, treatment and storage of wine.

Considered with the potential transformation of these wineries, where it is proposed to project a public space, offer some service to the citizen, where can be developed with multiple activities to take part in, which could have a dialogue with a pre-existing historical context, architectural vestiges put in value and to the projection of a new industrial landscape that will link and give identity to the place.

The objective of the project has some values in these three important areas. In the first place, the industrial heritage value is detected as an opportunity, associated with some historical events during the industrial revolution. Second, the architectural value of the infrastructure, as a singular vestige to be valued: present today as an emblematic and characteristic building due to its ancient use and as a representative of contemporary architecture. Third, as a value of potential landscape potential is valued, be lacking and in need of projection as an articulating element of the space.

The work is structured in two parts: one for analysis and the other for a project. The first part is focused on the general and specific analysis and the synthesis of the study area. In the second, it is about the proposal for the regeneration of the new industrial landscape, focusing on a field of restoration of monumental buildings and on the project and specific landscape design of the incorporated plant elements.
