Estudio de las prestaciones por maternidad y paternidad en España

Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo Final de Grado se pretende estudiar y analizar las prestaciones que se pueden recibir y se reciben por la maternidad o paternidad, es decir, por el nacimiento o el cuidado de un menor, y de la misma forma se estudiará la legislación mediante la cual se rige esta prestación y las actualizaciones que se han realizado en estos últimos años.

Como hemos dicho, se analizarán los cambios que se han hecho en las regulaciones, en cuanto a las prestaciones por el nacimiento o el cuidado de un menor, es decir, por la maternidad y paternidad, del cual hay más cambios y mejoras en los permisos concedidos para la paternidad.

Uno de los cambios que se han realizado en las prestaciones por el nacimiento o el cuidado de un menor es que el permiso de paternidad en España es de 16 semanas desde el 1 de enero de 2021, con este cambio se iguala el permiso tanto para el padre como para la madre. Así mismo, analizaremos como esta ampliación que ha pasado de ser de 8 semanas en 2019 a ser de 16 semanas en 2021.

[EN] In this Final Degree Project we want to study and analyze the benefits that can be receive and they are receiving by motherhood or fatherhood, that is to say, for the birth or care of a minor, and the same wait it will be studied the legislation by which this benefit is regulated and the updates that have been made in recent years.

As we said, changes that have been made in the regulations will be analyzed, regarding benefits for the birth or care of a minor, that is to say, by motherhood or fatherhood, of which there are more changes and improvements in the fatherhood leave granted.

One of change that we have realized in the benefits by birth or care of a minor is that the leave of fatherhood in Spain is that sixteenth weeks from January 1th 2021, with this change equates the leave for both the father and the mother. In the same way, we will analyze how this extension has gone from being eight weeks in 2019 to being sixteenth weeks in 2021.
