Cooperativa de viviendas productiva agrícola en Manuel

Abstract

[ES] La vivienda ha experimentado a lo largo de la historia notables y evidentes transformaciones asociadas todas ellas a las necesidades del ser humano y a las diferentes maneras de habitar, poniéndose en algunas ocasiones en evidencia determinados aspectos ya normalizados. Todo este proceso tiene un objetivo evidente, tanto mejorar la vida de los seres humanos a través de la mejora y obtención de un amplio abanico de modelos o tipos de viviendas como las relaciones que estos establecen con el entorno.

Con este trabajo final de máster se pretende indagar en la vivienda y en sus formas de habitar para obtener unos resultados proporcionales y adecuados a las necesidades actuales que los habitantes demandan, pero llevándolo, en este caso concreto, un nivel más allá de lo habitualmente conocido: el habitar cooperativo, un modelo de vivir en comunidad que está sufriendo un vertiginoso aumento basado en los óptimos y esperanzadores resultados obtenidos en los países nórdicos, pioneros en este sistema, como Suiza o Dinamarca. Ésta forma de vida se basa en la vida en comunidad, en aprender a compartir y adaptarse a los recursos disponibles de una manera respetuosa y eficiente con el medio ambiente y en definitiva a generar un ambiente apacible y de armonía entre todos los usuarios. Además, al situarse en un entorno rural se busca la reactivación tanto social como económica de la zona, por ello, la cooperativa adquiere un carácter productivo poniendo en valor el modelo de vida rural y sus riquezas que este conlleva bebiendo del pasado y de todo el arraigo a la tierra.

[EN] Throughout history, housing has undergone notable and evident transformations, all of them associated with the needs of human beings and the different ways of living, sometimes highlighting certain aspects that are already standardized. All this process has an obvious objective, first, to improve the life of human beings through the improvement and achievement of a wide range of models of housing, and secondly, to improve the relationships they establish with their environment.

This master's thesis aims to investigate housing and its forms of living to obtain proportional and adequate results to the current needs that the users demand, but taking it, in this particular case, a level beyond what is usually known: the cooperative living, a model of living in community that is undergoing a rapid increase based on the optimal and encouraging results obtained in the Nordic countries, pioneers in this system, such as Switzerland and Denmark. This way of life is based on community living, on learning to share and adapt to the available resources in a respectful and efficient way with the environment and ultimately to generate a peaceful and harmonious environment among all users. In addition, the cooperative, which is located in a rural environment, aims the social and economic reactivation of the area, therefore, the cooperative acquires a productive character, putting in value the model of rural life and its richness, which entails drinking from the past and all the roots to the land.
