Abstract

[EN] A positive thing about this connectivity through technology is that people have an even wider reach of information. Therefore we think that they will be more aware of problems in the world, such as poverty and environmental concerns. However, because of the lack of private time they are not involved in these things. They try to do something, but they know that there is much more to it. By considering these points, we think Mercedes can in order to make a successful PSS that will reach as many customers as possible.
