Construction design of administrative building at 35 T. Narbuto str. in Vilnius

PFG en Intercambios Académicos. Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU), Lithuania. The purpose of this Final Thesis is the design of construction of the "Administration building sited in T. Narbuto Street nº 35 in Vilnius" (New construction). The final thesis work is divided in four parts. The architectural part consists of a little description of the building design and drawings. This drawings show the facades, the horizontal/vertical sections and the situation map of the building. The structural part is a little description of the structural elements, the design and calculation of the stairs. The calculations are made by hand (Spanish normative-EHE). The technological part consists in the technological description of two works: slab structure installation in second floor and curtain wall installation. The organization part shows schedules of the works, workers and machinery.

El Proyecto Final de Grado consistirá en la descripción constructiva de un edificio de administración en Vilnius (Lituania). Este edificio está situado en la calle T. Narbuto nº 35. La forma del edificio es moderna e innovadora. El edificio tiene forma trapezoidal y su planta se reduce cuando aumenta en altura. El trabajo se divide en cuatro partes. La parte arquitectónica consta de una pequeña descripción del diseño del edificio y planos. Estos planos muestran las fachadas, las secciones horizontal/vertical y el plano de situación del edificio. La parte estructural contiene los elementos estructurales, el diseño y cálculo de las escaleras. La parte tecnológica comprende el análisis de la instalación del muro cortina y la instalación de la estructura de la losa . La parte organizativa muestra el plan de trabajo, trabajadores y maquinaria.
