Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo Final de Máster, se estudiará la viabilidad de una empresa de tipo consultoría tecnológica. Esta empresa se centrará en dar soluciones I+D a sus clientes orientándose principalmente en el uso de Redes Neuronales en FPGAs (Field Programable Gate Array) (Chips electrónicos de gran capacidad de cómputo). El objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster es analizar los factores externos e internos de dicha empresa para determinar su viabilidad económica. Dicho análisis se llevará a cabo mediante el uso de herramientas PESTEL, DAFO Y CAME, entre otras. A partir de los resultados obtenidos de esas herramientas, se realizará el plan de marketing, el plan financiero y el plan de operaciones.

[EN] In this Master's Thesis, we anañyze the feasibility of a technology consultancy company. The focus of this company will be providing R&D solutions to its clients, mainly oriented towards the use of Neural Networks in FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) (electronic chips with high computational capacity). To this end, we present an exhaustive analysis of the external and internal factors of this company to determine its viability. This analysis is carried out through the use of PESTEL, SWOT and CAME tools, among other tools. Finally, following the results of this thorough analysis, we propose a marketing plan, financial plan and operational plan for the deployment of the company.
