[ES] La presente propuesta de trabajo fin de grado (TFG) tiene por objetivo proponer un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la elaboración y alquiler de vehículos de recreo, centrado, principalmente, en las furgonetas camperizadas; un modelo de automóvil inicialmente concebido para el transporte de mercancías y/o personas, que pasa a convertirse en un vehículo vivienda. La idea de negocio que se persigue es la de adquirir furgonetas de segunda mano, convertirlas y homologarlas como vehículos vivienda y, posteriormente, alquilarlas a terceros para actividades de recreo y/o fines turísticos durante cortos períodos de tiempo. Para ello se ha realizado una investigación exhaustiva del entorno, el sector del alquiler de vehículos vivienda, los competidores, clientes actuales y potenciales; a la vez que se ha planteado una estrategia de marketing y redes sociales atractiva que permita dar a conocer la marca. Finalmente, se ha elaborado un plan financiero que permita establecer la rentabilidad estimada de la empresa.

[EN] This document tries to expose the elaboration of a business plan for a company focused on the production and rental of recreational vehicles, mainly focus on camper vans; a modality of vehicles that were initially conceived for transport purposes, of goods and people, that has been turned into a home vehicle. The business idea pursued is to acquire second-hand vans, convert them and approve them as home vehicles and, later, rent them to third parties for recreational activities or tourism, during short periods of time. For that matter, a sector and environment analysis has been developed. The relevant information has been extracted about competitors, current and potential clients, among others. At the same time, an attractive marketing and social media strategy has been proposed to announce the brand. Finally, a financial plan has been drawn up to establish the estimated profitability of the company.
