Estudio formal y metodología constructiva de fachada tipo en El Cabanyal.

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo plantea el proceso de estudio de las fachadas de un tipo de edificio tradicional del conjunto histórico artístico Cabanyal-Canyamelar-Cap de França (Valencia). El objetivo es analizar las técnicas constructivas tradicionales utilizadas en el conjunto arquitectónico y la variación que han sufrido estas en el entorno del barrio. Para finalmente generar el muestreo de fachadas de este tipo de vivienda. Se desarrolla en varias fases: - estudio previo de la fachada del edificio tipo y el conjunto urbano al que pertenece - análisis de los materiales utilizados y técnicas constructivas tradicionales - generación del muestreo de las viviendas con el tipo de fachada en el barrio, así como la ficha de estudio. - comparación de resultados, para ver la conservación y evolución de la fachada actualmente en el barrio - conclusiones
