Regeneración urbana. San Vicente

Abstract

[ES] REGENERACION URBANA. SAN VICENTE El proyecto se presenta con un objetivo claro, crear una gran red de conexión a través de itinerarios verdes y peatonales para cohesionar y conectar los núcleos urbanos desagregados en la zona de San vicente del Raspeig, norte de Alicante, Villafranqueza y Haygón. Como zona clave del proyecto se coge el sector del Rodalet, zona con problemas de seguridad y sociales, además de presentar una pequeña franja industrial que será reubicada con el objetivo de evitar obstáculos para la regeneración de la zona.

Para conseguir todo esto, se parte de crear en esta zona un bosque urbano, que actúa como centro de la red de itinerarios, en el que se insertan algunos edificios mixtos con viviendas, de pequeña altura, situados entre Haygón y Villafranqueza.

SAN VICENTE The project is presented with a clear objective, to create a large network of connections through green and pedestrian routes to unite and connect the disaggregated urban centers in the area of San Vicente del Raspeig, north of Alicante, Villafranqueza and Haygón. As a key area of the project, the sector of Rodalet is taken, an area with security and social problems, in addition to presenting a small industrial strip that will be relocated with the objective of avoiding obstacles for the regeneration of the area.

To achieve all this, part of creating an urban forest in this area, which acts as the center of the itinerary network, which is inserted some mixed buildings with houses, small height, located between Haygon and Villafranqueza.
