Desarrollo del habitar sostenible en el entorno rural de Almenara. Cohabitar un paisaje de bancales.

Abstract

[ES] En este proyecto de vivienda se aborda la cooperativa rural como oportunidad de reinterpretación de las formas de agrupación comunitaria. Está enfocado en las necesidades del habitar contemporáneo y en la manera en cómo nos relacionamos, con el objetivo de redefinir las prioridades dentro de las comunidades y el modo en que se asientan en el territorio. Esto permite organizar colectivos autónomos, proactivos y sostenibles en el tiempo, que reduzcan la dependencia de vivir en la ciudad y potencien el desarrollo de la vida rural.

La vida en colectivo es una necesidad imperante en los seres humanos. El individuo y el colectivo además de ser conceptos duales, son recíprocos y necesitan el uno del otro para ser un hecho en sí mismos. El individuo se reconoce cuando se relaciona con otros individuos y se identifica como una parte, y el colectivo se edifica en la medida que estas partes se relacionan conformando un todo. Esto permite una reflexión más profunda sobre las necesidades de los habitantes del lugar tanto a nivel individual como colectivo.

Si los individuos toman consciencia sobre su co-presencia enfocada en obtener un fin mayor, es posible atribuirle el mismo valor a los espacios grupales e individuales. Donde se conceden parte de los espacios privados de la vivienda tradicional para sumarse y conformarse como elementos comunes de mayores dimensiones vinculados por una relación permanente de intercambio, que desde un punto de vista pragmático, permite acondicionar los espacios y gestionar los recursos de una manera más eficiente.

Hoy en día nos enfrentamos a grandes conflictos como el hambre, la sobrepoblación y el agotamiento de los recursos, entre otros. Una realidad donde las ciudades consumen las bases sobre las cuales se han edificado, por lo cual es pertinente reconsiderar los modelos de habitar en torno a estas problemáticas y crear estrategias que vinculen la gestión de recursos como el agua, la energía, los residuos y la producción alimentaria, garantizando bienestar a sus habitantes y su vez aportando un impacto positivo al medio ambiente. Una comunidad solo es sostenible cuando logra convivir con su entorno permaneciendo en el tiempo.

[EN] Rural cooperative housing project as an opportunity to reinterpret the forms of community grouping, focused on the needs of contemporary living and the way in which we relate, with the aim of redefining the priorities within the communities and the way they settle in the territory. This makes it possible to organize autonomous, proactive and sustainable groups over time, which reduce dependence on living in the city and promote the development of rural life.

Collective life is a prevailing need in human beings. The individual and the collective, in addition to being dual concepts, are reciprocal and need each other to be a fact in themselves. The individual recognizes himself when he relates to other individuals and identifies himself as a part, and the collective is built up to the extent that these parts are related to form a whole. This allows a deeper thought on the needs of the inhabitants of the place both individually and collectively.

If individuals become aware of their co-presence focused on obtaining a greater purpose, it is possible to attribute the same value to group and individual spaces. Where part of the private spaces of traditional housing are granted to join and conform as common elements of greater dimensions linked by a permanent exchange relationship, which from a pragmatic point of view, allows to condition the spaces and manage resources in a more efficient way.

Today we face major conflicts such as hunger, overpopulation and resource depletion, among others. A reality where cities consume the foundations on which they have been built, so it is pertinent to reconsider the models of living around these problems and create strategies that link the management of resources such as water, energy, waste and food production, guaranteeing well-being to its inhabitants and in turn providing a positive impact on the environment. A community is only sustainable when it manages to coexist with its environment while remaining in time.
