Notre-Dame de Paris: Análisis estructural de la catedral gótica.

Abstract

[ES] El objeto de este trabajo final de grado es realizar un análisis desde el punto de vista estructural de la catedral gótica Notre Dame de Paris. Una vez realizado este análisis estructural y conocido suficientemente el comportamiento de los elementos con capacidad portante, se estudiarán distintas soluciones y se realizarán propuestas con otros materiales. El uso de materiales con propiedades mecánicas completamente diferentes a la piedra permitirá comparar cómo pueden resolverse las distintas soluciones estructurales que conforman la catedral e incluso realizar una propuesta de sustitución de las bóvedas afectadas en el reciente incendio, pudiendo limitarse la intervención a una mera sustitución de los elementos afectados con intención conservacionista o a una propuesta estructural nueva.

[EN] The aim of this Final Degree Project is to perform an analysis of the gothic cathedral Notre Dame de Paris from the structural point of view. After performing the structural analysis and knowing sufficiently the behavior of the elements with bearing capacity, different solutions will be studied, and proposals made with other materials. The use of materials with mechanical properties completely different from the stone will allow comparing how the different structural solutions of the cathedral can be solved and even make a proposal to replace the vaults affected in the recent fire, the intervention being limited to a mere substitution of the affected elements with conservation intent or a new structural proposal.
