La manzana compartida.

[ES] En estos últimos años, Ruzafa se ha convertido en un lugar de paso de valencianos y turistas, que principalmente buscan un ocio vinculado a la hostelería. Este hecho ha obligado a muchos de sus habitantes a abandonar sus hogares, siendo éste uno de los motivos de la pérdida de identidad de un barrio tradicional. Se propone implantar en su manzana menos consolidada, conocida como La Manzana Perdida, un sistema de co-vivienda caracterizado por espacios y servicios compartidos. El hecho de generar una gran superficie de uso común en la manzana, tanto para las nuevas viviendas como para las existentes, genera una red de cuidados y relaciones vecinales que ayudan a recuperar en el entorno el carácter originario del barrio. Estos espacios se articulan entorno a un vacío espacial de geometría intencionadamente cuadrada asimilable a una plaza porticada, siendo además un espacio que aloja la comunicación vertical de los nuevos espacios comunes del proyecto. Con esta estrategia, La Manzana Perdida se convierte en La Manzana Compartida.

It is proposed to implement in its less consolidated block, The Lost Block , a co- housing system characterized by shared spaces and services. These spaces are articulated around a s patial void of intentionally square geometry comparable to a porticoed square, and is also a space that contains the vertical communication of the new common spaces of the project. With this strategy, The Lost Block becomes The Shared Block.
