Integración con la Hacienda vasca:TicketBAI

Abstract

[ES] TicketBAI (TBAI) es un proyecto compartido entre las tres Diputaciones Forales y el Gobierno Vasco cuyo objetivo es establecer una serie de obligaciones legales y técnicas, para que, tras su entrada en vigor, todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que desarrollen actividades económicas deben utilizar un software de facturación para los requisitos técnicos que se publiquen. Este proyecto es un nuevo sistema que controlará el 100% de todas las facturas emitidas por las empresas con domicilio social en una de las tres provincias del País Vasco. Mediante la plataforma SAP se procederá al desarrollo de este, empleando SAP ERP y SAP CPI. Este trabajo se centrará en la creación de eDocuments y XML, así como el envío de este último; además se actualizará el estatus del eDocument, finalizando en la autenticación y comunicación con plataformas externas a SAP. Para ello se emplearán diversos programas y lenguajes de programación, así como mapeos y comunicaciones externas. Como conclusión, se podrán observar los diferentes estatus de los documentos, pudiendo estos estar validados u obtener un error; en todos los casos se podrá observar el extracto generado y un código QR.

[EN] TicketBAI (TBAI) is a project shared between the three Provincial Councils and the Basque Government that aims to establish a series of legal and technical obligations, so that, from its entry into force, all individuals and legal entities that carry out an economic activity must use billing software that meets the technical requirements that are published. This project is a new system that will control 100% of all invoices issued by companies with registered offices in one of the three provinces of the Basque Country. Through the SAP platform, this will be developed, using SAP ERP and SAP CPI. This work will focus on the creation of edocuments and XML as well as the sending of the latter; in addition the status of the edocument will be updated, ending in authentication and communication with platforms outside SAP. For this, various programs and programming languages will be used, as well as mapping and external communications. In conclusion, the different status of the documents can be observed, and they may be validated or obtain an error; in all cases you can see the generated extract and a QR.
