Abstract

[ES] El proyecto se centra en la creación de un eje de conexión con el centro ciudad, así como otro eje a nivel de barrio, cuya idea principal es recuperar las prexistencias de la época industrial del barrio de la Creu Coberta que han quedado abandonadas. Comenzando en la nave de Macosa y finalizando, al sur en la antigua fábrica de cervezas ¿El Turia¿, la cuál será objeto de estudio y proyecto. Manteniendo la huella de la antigua fábrica de cerveza, se crea un espacio generador de vida y conector entre los barrios de Jesús y Malilla, potenciando a su vez el patrimonio industrial existente. Las preexistencias en gran medida se utilizan como elemento de encuentro y espacios exteriores cubiertos, así como zonas de estar, exposición, y coworking en las plantas superiores. El volumen de obra nueva incluye vivienda colectiva para jóvenes emprendedores.
