Diseño y estudio técnico de un centro de mecanizado para elementos ornamentales de aluminio

Abstract

[ES] El TFG tiene como objetivo el diseño de un bastidor estructural y los elementos móviles de un centro de mecanizado para producir elementos ornamentales de aluminio. Con este supuesto, se han realizado una serie de cálculos, análisis y estudios, para encontrar la mejor solución posible para la creación en un futuro del centro de mecanizado. Después de mantener una reunión las partes interesadas, cliente y estudiante, se establecieron los elementos de entrada que resumían a grandes rasgos el centro de mecanizado. A partir de los supuestos ya se podrá empezar a plasmar la idea. Una idea nacida de la necesidad de optimizar el proceso de fabricación, ya que las piezas que se realiza el cliente tienen muchos procesos de acabado manual. De esta manera se planteó la creación de un equipo para minimizar el trabajo manual. Por lo tanto, en este Trabajo Final de Grado se ha realizado el estudio y diseño de los diferentes componentes estructurales que conforman el centro de mecanizado. Para que todos los cálculos mencionados anteriormente cumplieran con su finalidad se siguió la normativa exigible en todos los ámbitos relacionados con estos, para poder llevar a cabo la realización de este proyecto. Una vez se realizó el diseño y cálculo pertinentes, se procedió al análisis de los datos obtenidos y posteriormente se realizó el estudio de costes y presupuesto de la solución técnica final.

[EN] The objective of the TFG is the design of a structural frame and the mobile elements of a machining center to produce ornamental aluminum elements. With this assumption, a series of calculations, analyzes and studies have been carried out to find the best possible solution for the future creation of the machining center. After holding a meeting with the interested parties, client and student, the input elements that broadly summarized the machining center were established. From the assumptions you can start to shape the idea. An idea born from the need to optimize the manufacturing process, since the pieces that the client makes have many manual finishing processes. In this way, the creation of a team was proposed to minimize manual work. Therefore, in this Final Degree Project, the study and design of the different structural components that make up the machining center have been carried out. In order for all the calculations mentioned above to fulfill their purpose, the required regulations were followed in all areas related to them, in order to carry out this project. Once the pertinent design and calculation were carried out, the data obtained was analyzed and subsequently the cost and budget study of the final technical solution was carried out.
