Diseño y fabricación de boquillas de trombón con diferentes materiales

Abstract

[ES] La boquilla de un instrumento es una parte fundamental para el instrumentista. No solamente es importante la elección de la gama del instrumento, si no, puede ser aún más importante la elección de la boquilla. Una de las decisiones a tomar por todo músico intérprete es el material del que está hecho su boquilla, y el abanico de posibilidades, cada vez es más amplio en los instrumentos de viento metal. En este proyecto se estudiarán diferentes boquillas de trombón, elaboradas con distintos materiales. El objetivo de este proyecto abarca desde el diseño y fabricación de las boquillas, mediante torno CNC y torno convencional y la elección de los metales a utiliza. Será necesario analizar diferentes formas y tamaños en cada uno de los materiales, así como verificar diferentes propiedades físicas, como la densidad, el peso, la resistencia mecánica, etc, con el fin, de intentar obtener una correlación entre estas propiedades y la calidad en las boquillas de trombón.

[CA] L'embocadura d'un instrument és una part fonamental per a l'instrumentista. No sols és important l'elecció de la gamma de l'instrument, sinó, pot ser més important la selecció de l'embocadura. Una de les decisions a prendre per tot músic intèrpret és el material en què està fabricat el seu broquet, i la varietat de possibilitats, cada vegada és més ampli en els instruments de vent-metall. En aquest projecte s'estudiaran diferents embocadures de trombó, fabricades amb diferents materials. L'objectiu d'aquest projecte (abraça) des del disseny i fabricació de les embocadures, mitjançant torn CNC i torn manual fins a la selecció de materials a utilitzar. Serà necessari analitzar diferents formes i mides en cadascun dels materials, així com verificar diferents propietats físiques, com la densitat, el pes, la resistència mecànica, etc., amb la finalitat d'intentar obtenir una correlació entre aquestes propietats i la qualitat en les embocadures de trombó.
