Design of a 30 MW onshore wind farm in Los Charcos (Tobarra, Albacete)

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se plantea realizar un diseño de un parque eólico terrestre de 30MW en la localidad de Tobarra (Albacete), concretamente en la sierra de Los Charcos.. Primeramente seleccionará la zona concreta donde se colocará el parque eólico teniendo en cuenta la legislación vigente estatal y autonómica y su potencial eólico. Además, se realizará un estudio del impacto ambiental, analizando los posibles efectos que puede tener poner un emplazamiento de estas características en el terreno, la flora y la fauna. Se analizarán también, distintos modelos de aerogenerador con el fin de elegir el más adecuado para este emplazamiento y su configuración óptima. Finalmente se realizará un estudio de viabilidad económica asi como la elaboración de un presupuesto para determinar la rentabilidad de este proyecto.

[EN] In the present work, it is proposed to carry out a design of a 30MW onshore wind farm in the town of Tobarra (Albacete), specifically in the Los Charcos mountain range. First, the specific area where the wind farm will be located will be selected, taking into account the legislation current state and autonomous community and its wind potential. In addition, an environmental impact study will be carried out, analyzing the possible effects that a site with these characteristics may have on the land, flora and fauna. Different wind turbine models will also be analyzed in order to choose the most suitable for this location and its optimal configuration. Finally, an economic feasibility study will be carried out as well as the elaboration of a budget to determine the profitability of this project.
